Is it possible to correct mind set of Mullahs to make them understand that we are not at War?

Mullahs need Infidels to be at war with to hold their power. No one will convince them otherwise. If all the Infidels are exterminated or converted, the Mullahs will go to wat with other Muslims for not being "Muslim enough". There is proof of this with their inter-sect violence.
