Which Is Better: Crunches or Sit-ups?

Honestly there are so many things more than crunches and sit-ups to help the core. Crunches and sit=ups only help the middle of the stomach. You need to work on the obliques (side-abs) to get an awesome core. Things like going side to side with a medicine ball will help that. Look up some oblique exercises.
