I really like her! please help!?

i'm 16 a junior in high school. I'm bot one of those guys that looks for sex. I know that in a few years out of high school i will be ready to start a family. I feel that ive already found the person i want 2 be with. Ive been obsessed with getting her to like me for the last 3 years but i just cant get the guts to talk to her. I talked for 1 whole day freshman year and found out we have a lot in common. We both play soccer we love singing we play instruments and we love animals. I want to talk 2 her please help. She is my dream girl. I think of how it would be if we were together at least an hour a day. What do i do?
