The Who vs Nirvana (best live band and ending)?

Who had a better live show..... from Cobain's extreme stage dives to Townshend's windmill guitar strum. Then from Keith Moons exploding drum set to Krist novoselic flying bass at the MTV video awards. They both destroyed their gear and both had their own controversial stage acts but who was better in your opinion.
