Can I view my iTouch's Notes on iTunes?

I've synced my iPod already and I suppose Notes and Contacts should sync as well. I lost my iPod! I've been losing everything... Anyways, I seriously need some information from a note I have on my iTouch!! Help S'il vous plait :3
