What is the name of this song?

It's a classic rock song. The lyrics of the chorus sound like "strong man strumming" and then it sounds like it goes "strum, strum, strum". I know that's probably not the right words, but I can't figure it out. I hear it on the radio all the time, but they never say who it is.
