so, in one day, i do 240 crunches in total, 4 sets of 30 of those where you put your feet in the air and touch your toes, and another 4 sets of 30 where you do the bicycle crunches. i watch what i eat, no fast food, soda, or candy, and run every other day of the week (10 miles to be exact). I definitely have been working my butt off for abs, for the past 3 weeks, but have seen NO differance in my huge gut. also, i am 18. can i get a helping hand here?
