Broke up with my boyfriend because he cheated on me, now he wants me back, should I?

We're both 18 and we've never had sex. We went out for 1 year and last week I found out he's been cheating on me for the past 3 months, with 2 different girls. When I found out I broke up with him because I deserve better. He has been texting me and calling me wanting me back, but I'm not sure if I should. I still love him a lot but I just have a feeling if we get back together, he will cheat on me again. Do you think I should follow my gut and stay away from him, or follow my heart and get back with him?
