What is the difference between fran�ais and fran�aise?

To add on to the other comments and make it clearer to you what it means by nouns in French having genders...things like pens and cars have 'genders' assigned to them. It's different from English where, for example, "actor" and "actress" really refer to the actual, real gender of the person.
