First of all, I think straight across bangs would looks great on you so consider getting that done. Keep it at medium length. It's hard to tell from the angles you're in, but from what I can see in your facial structure, short hair would work against you. I may be wrong because like I said, it's hard to tell from those angles. Don't color it, your hair color is perfect and as you may know, coloring your hair is very damaging and you have beautiful hair.
