Just for a while. I used to be fit and as I started hitting my teen years I got fat. I have a disgusting gut. For a whole year I ate healthy foods (not even 1 chip I ate) and I exercised for 2 hours daily and hardly saw a difference. When I sit down (even with good posture) my stomach pops out way farther than my breasts and sometimes I get "rolls". Please help, I'm desperate to become skinny.
